Christine

Hi, I’m Christine. I have had a passion for hair since I can remember! I have 13 years of experience in the hair industry. I love all aspects of hairdressing from cutting and colour corrections to hair extensions. I definitely love mastering a challenge. Having moved home from Manchester after 8 years as my own boss I wanted to be close to home. My absolute favourites in hair include extensions, tapes are my fave! I love a juicy colour correction from time to time. I love 90’s music and I can be seen regularly bopping to the cheesy tunes in the salon and dancing like there’s no one in the room. Another passion I have is travelling as much as I can! I love being a part of this amazing group of ladies.

Niamh

Hi my name is Niamh. I am seventeen. I love to read. I’m a junior stylist at love my hair. My favourite thing to do to wash the clients hair and give the clients long head massages to help them relax I also am learning to do curly blowdrys and am working on my straight blowdrys. I work Saturdays and the occasional Fridays. Love having conversations with the clients and love making them feel welcome at love my hair. Love Niamh.

Hannah

My name is Hannah and I have been hairdressing over 10 years. I started my journey with Fás where I completed a junior trade course while gaining experience in a salon. As soon as I finished the Junior course I then went into the senior course and completed that. Once I had finished I decided for a change and that’s where my journey with Love My Hair began! I kept up to date with all parts of styling and colour throughout my time in Love My Hair and I love to see a client’s eyes light up in the chair. A word of warning, if you’re not up for the chats and happen to end up in my chair please do warn me, as I have a tendency to burn the ear off you! …not with the hairdryer lol!

Hi my name is Aoife. I’m 22 years old. My favourite thing to do is tell everyone random facts out of nowhere. I love being a hairdresser, I started my journey in 2022 in college in GTI in Galway, in my 2nd year I joined Love My Hair for work experience during my course. After I graduated from college Tina gave me the opportunity to join the Love My Hair team and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity’s that I have been given since I started here. My favourite thing to do is upstyles and curls or as the girls like to call it ” Aoife’s waves ” I work every Thursday to Saturday doing things from balayage to straight blowdrys I love making the clients happy when they smile after seeing there hair I smile aswell I’m also taking models for training classes on Tuesdays at discount price So dm for more information about classes. Sophie

My name is Sophie and I have been working in hairdressing salons since Transition Year. I have since gone through college to become a secondary school music teacher, but my love for hairdressing never left. I joined the beautiful, crazy and funny salon, Love My Hair, in 2018. My main role in the salon is to entertain everyone with my love of ABBA music, to perform super trouper whenever I get the chance and to make sure everyone knows that I love chocolate. I adore welcoming all our beautiful customers into the salon and making sure they have great fun. Even though I’ll be a full-time music teacher from January, I will never not be part of the love my hair crew; sure what would they do without Miss Super Trouper.

Laura

Hi, I’m Laura! Having lots of experience in all aspects of hairdressing, I have completed many courses in cutting, colour, highlights, bodywaves and creative up-styles. My profession allows me to be as creative as possible, which gives my clients a unique and personal experience so that they leave feeling amazing every time. Letting their hair do all the talking! Can’t cook, won’t cook, which is for your safety, but I can whip up a mean short cut. I run marathons in my spare time and love to dance, run and cycle…. well not all at the same time, but it always keeps my creative juices flowing for my beautiful clients!

Patrice

I am the junior stylist at Love my Hair. I’ve been hairdressing for four years, with two years on the floor doing the works! I’m always training and up-skilling to keep up with the latest trends and styles. It was when I was doing my level 5 training that I came to Tina for work experience and I’ve been here ever since! I love making people feel good about themselves. My main goal is to give you the best experience while in my chair. I focus on keeping your hair in the best possible condition because healthy hair is good hair! I love my clients and they are the reason why my job is so enjoyable. Every day is a new learning day and I’ll always be here with a smile!

Tina

I love educating people on the simplest of ways to look after their hair from home and I beam when they make such an effort to call in and tell me their progress. I have trained with Alfaparf and have led the salon to win some amazing awards. My guilty pleasures include up-styling, transforming someone in a matter of minutes just like Cinderella going to a ball. I love pushing the boundaries of colour and creating living art through my job. I played rugby for 4 years, never went to college (if you dream it you can do it) I have 2 beautiful children. Cry like a baby to every concert I go to and my friends and I used to dress up as the spice girls and I was Mel B!
